l Material: Main body 304 stainless steel, ABS plastic flame-retardant shell.

l Ball valve: The two-piece ball valve can make the water flow of the eyewash device meet the American standard.

l Eye wash assembly: It is composed of 304 casting parts. The 90-degree elbow adopts seamless pipe and has no welded seam, which will not cause the pipe wall to burst due to water pressure during use.

l Water inlet and outlet: 1.2 inch threaded connection. Drainage under water can also be customized according to customer requirements.

l Heating device: The electric heating device is equipped with a temperature control switch or a fully automatic system to control the heating temperature or start the switch. It can effectively increase the water temperature of the eyewash water by about 15 degrees and the shower temperature by 2.8 degrees.

l Electric heating power: 15KW, voltage 380V.

l Explosion-proof protection level: can be configured according to customer requirements;

l Empty antifreeze device: The unheated part of the eyewash has an automatic emptying function to prevent freezing. The electric heating eyewash has the effect of heating, heat preservation and antifreeze, and it cannot increase the temperature of the eyewash water. l Water inlet: DN32 threaded connection.
