Basic: BH32-1010
304 stainless steel outside, sprayed with bright yellow ABS coating, thickness of 300 microns, fine polishing of the inner wall of the pipeline, increase the corrosion resistance of the eyewash in high corrosive environment, play a role of strengthening corrosion resistance.
Eyewash device:
push the handle, and the aerosol water will spray out within 1 second. The height and Angle of the water will be designed according to the proportion of the human face. The flow rate of eyewash can be adjusted from 12-18L/min. The working pressure is 0.2-0.4MPa. Eye wash/face ≧11.4, water flow can be adjusted to 11.4-18L/min
The nozzle of the eyewash device is equipped with a filter device to ensure that the eyewash water is pure. With a straight edge basin, the volume is large, and the eyewash water will not spill out from the eyewash basin. The eyewash device is also equipped with ABS automatic integrated dustproof cover, which is corrosion resistant and never lost.
Ball valve:
equipped with two – piece ball valve. The two-disc ball valve allows the eye washer to discharge water in accordance with American standards.
Base:die casting, high strength and pressure resistance, standard configuration is aluminum alloy material, 304 stainless steel material is also optional
Water inlet: 4 minutes internal thread connection. Outlet: 5/4 “thread connection.
Optional configuration: emptying device; Flange connection; Reducing joint; Water filter; Flow regulator; Foot pedal; Yellow ABS basin, etc.
BH32-1011: Upgraded to ABS spray on the basis of the base model
BH32-1011 Vertical: on the basis of the basic model, add sound and light alarm lamp, explosion-proof box, waste water collection bucket and other devices
BH32-1061 Vertical Automatic: Upgrade to induction water on the basis of the basic model, without manual operation
BH32-1011L: Upgraded to surface green ABS coating on the basis of the base model
BH32-1008: Upgrade to anti-freeze and anti-hot vertical eye washer on the basis of the basic model
BH32-2010: Upgrade to Linkage Flip Eye Washer on the basis of the basic model
